Episode 156: A Message of Hope

As we move into the season of Advent, leading us to the celebration of the birth of our Savior, Jesus the Christ, we again, follow the pattern of Advent, starting with "Hope". It can be very clearly seen that hope is lacking in our world today. We rush to put our hope in personalities, in experts, in science, in family, in friends, but placing our hope on anyone or anything other than Jesus is futile. Jesus, through His birth, life, death, and resurrection has afforded the opportunity for all mankind to have hope. Sadly, precious few will humble themselves, repent, and believe that Jesus is who He claimed to be. 

Join Pastor Jason as he walks through the scriptures to define "hope" and points directly to Jesus as the only true source of lasting, unwavering hope. 

As part of our Advent Season, the Hope candle and reading was done by Kathy Snyder and Trevor Morris.
