Episode 169: An Image of Devotion

Jesus could have had it all...if only He had bowed the knee. It was all promised to Him, for the taking!  But instead of giving into the temptations of this world, and quite literally, the temptations that Satan presented Him, Christ was wholly devoted to the plan laid out by His Father, before time began.  Satan offered Jesus power, control, fame, vengeance, but Jesus chose to offer humanity Salvation through His sacrifice. 

Join Pastor Jason as he outlines the temptations offered to Jesus, and what Satan was really trying to offer Him. What does this mean for us today? Do we really believe that Jesus was tempted in every way we are? How should we overcome temptation?
